Description

The “Llibre d'aparellar menjar” is the second volume of the "La Col·lecció 7 Portes de Receptaris Històrics de Cuina Catalana" and the most extensive medieval recipe book ever published. Compiled in the middle of the 14th century, it contains 279 recipes typical of the wealthy classes of the Catalan lower Middle Ages that have as main elements roasted poultry and other animals accompanied by sauces.
