TV3 has premiered "La Sopa d'all i el món que ve", a documentary directed by the filmmaker Manuel Huerga and promoted by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and Nutrition. It invites us to reflect on the critical moment and the turning point that the gastronomy sector and the country's agri-food industry is living.
