“La Col·leció 7 Portes de Receptaris Històrics de Cuina Catalana” is a strategic project for the study of the history of Catalan cuisine, which aims to contribute to the dissemination of research into the roots of Catalan gastronomic culture and the foundation of its capacity for innovation. This research shows the evolution that Catalan cuisine has undergone over the last seven centuries and aims to make scientifically rigorous texts available to everyone.
It has the support of the "la Caixa" Foundation and the collaboration of Editorial Barcino -the publishing house of the Carulla Foundation-.
