Young wine from DO Montsant, made from Garnacha, Samsó (Carignan), Tempranillo, and Merlot grapes, and selected in collaboration with sommelier Ferran Centelles. Bright strawberry-red color with lively garnet edges. Aromas of red fruits. On the palate, it is pleasantly silky, with fruity notes and a subtle balsamic touch. Long and persistent finish, leaving a wonderful sense of fullness on the palate.
A very versatile wine. Perfect to pair with all kinds of meats, charcuterie, mushrooms, and semi-cured cheeses.
